Deadmau5 Scores #6 On DJ Mag's Top DJ List

Thats right the mau5 who's "not a dj" ranks #6 voted best DJ on the DJ Mag Top DJ's List.

The 'DJ' who scored a #11 spot last year, the highest new addition.. has scored a #6 score, following the norms of Armin Van Buuren, Tiësto, David Guetta, and Above & Beyond.

While he didn't make it in the top 5, but damn close, this is no rank to be shameful of.. THATS OUT OF 100 DJ's ON THIS LIST!!

Thats no small thing.


Since his "FLOABN" didn't come out 'till after the voting closed for the Top DJ's list.. I can easily see his name be even higher next year. This fantastic artist, and even if he doesn't want to be called it.. DJ, is one that cannot be beaten easily.

Considering 3 years ago he wasn't even on the top DJ list, he went striaght up to #11, now an awesome #6.

This is just the begining, for that I am certain.

ps. on a side note, after such talk about his new "HD TV Mau5head", it is moar then likely not going to be very HD, but lots of LED's that is for sure. Stay tuned for more info! :)

Its Coming..

This may just be the 'HD TV Mau5head' we have been hearing about. Posted by deadmau5 himself on his facebook, he said; "a big box... with something in it you're not supposed to know about yet."

Which is more then likely referring to the new mau5head that we have heard very little about.

Still have no information on this, but we can see here that things are being kept tight.



Who knows honestly, this may end up being some type of large piece of equipment.. but it is secretive, so I am coming up with the assumption that it is the new head in theory.

If you liked At Play, get this. It's more Meleefresh vs. Deadmau5 and more stuff like At Play. Also, if you're a DJ, it's DJ friendly!

Quite expensive, but with the rapidness of all Deadmau5 releases, it sure does pay off in the end.

New Mau5head?

Well it looks like we have found a new mau5head, props go out to Hypermau5 who pointed it out.

The new helmet looks like it is made to resemble the helmet logo found on the new album 'For Lack Of A Better Name", which is gray with a more shine to it. This particular one has red eyes.

I haven't seen anything light up yet, so I don't think we are seeing this 'HD TV Mau5head' that we have heard about. This is likely a helmet made for the 'FLOABN' tour, of course because it resembles the one found on the album cover.

Well thats right ladies and gentlemen, the track "ASDFGHJKL" or as fellow friends like to call it 'second row of the keyboard', has been released for FREE on the new Deadmau5 game 'Ghosts'.

The game, which is virtually pacman vs deadmau5, PacMau5, is a fun little game which is offered for free by those subscribed by email. The game will be making its way to the iTunes app store soon enough, stay tuned for a release date of the game.
